Blacktown High Speed Crossover
The Blacktown High Speed Crossover Project (Project) is part of the Sydney Metro Northwest Integration Timetable Program (SMNW TT). To enable the implementation of the proposed train timetable in October 2018, the Project is required to decrease headways on the Down West Main and Suburban Lines by introducing a new, higher speed crossover.
The Blacktown High Speed Crossover Project involves the modification of existing and introduction of new infrastructure in the rail corridor on the city side of Blacktown station.
